Ms. Olivia

Olivia has been dancing since the age of 4 and continued through to San José State University, where she is currently earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. She started her dance journey in Sunnyvale, being on the competitive team and training in all genres of dance, her favorite being contemporary. While being in the studio, she found gymnastics to be a fun side sport. She trained in gymnastics for about 5 years, even coaching a range of ages and abilities. 

Throughout her time at SJSU, she has had the privilege of working with many talented companies and artists from all over the world, being in the programs' performing company, University Dance Theater. There, she focused mainly on composition work and modern dance, furthering her knowledge on methods for teaching. She hopes to continue the passion for dance and the arts in younger generations, and aims to provide a safe environment for those experimenting in movement.
