Getting started is simple—and your first class is just $5!

  1. Download the Dance Academy USA App. Available for iOS or Android.

  2. Click Buy from the bottom menu to view your options.

  3. Select Dance and Fitness, then choose the $5 First Class option.

  4. Complete checkout.

  5. Click Book to schedule your first class.

  6. When you're ready for more, view all membership options under the Buy tab:

    • 4 classes/month – $99

    • 8 classes/month – $129

    • Unlimited classes – $149/month

    • Drop-ins – $40/class

  7. Pick any class on the schedule you’d like to attend!

  • Ballet is the foundation of other dance disciplines and helps students develop grace, posture, body alignment and artistry. This genre of dance offers several physical benefits such as improve balance, coordination, and honed motor skills.

  • DescriptiBreaking Fundamentals will teach the fundamentals of toprock, go downs, down rock, freezes & power moves. This is a great class for those who are looking to refine their all around hip hop knowledge, as breaking was the very first style to pioneer hip hop dance and culture.on text goes here

  • Body Sculpt/Core Conditioning is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class that is focused on building core strength. Participants will be led through traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. text goes here

  • Gentle yoga is a calming and restorative practice focused on slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and relaxation.  Perfect for beginners or those seeking a low-impact practice, gentle yoga promotes flexibility, balance, and stress relief.  Its nurturing approach makes it ideal for all ages and fitness levels, fostering a sense of peace and well-being.

  • Hip Hop encourages self-expression and musical interpretation through full body movement. Originating from street dancing, this style incorporates the hottest new dances with explosive movement and freestyling.

  • Jazz is fun, high-energy dance form that develops technique, rhythm, and style while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Students will build a solid skill set as they execute turns, kicks, leaps, and rhythmic movement to fast paced music.

  • Jazz Funk is a super-set of jazz and influenced by the groove of hip hop. This fast-paced style builds upon knowledge of basic jazz foundation and incorporates quick combos emphasizing feminism and intricate movements.

  • K-Pop is a genre of popular music originating in South Korea. K-Pop dance class blends hip hop, jazz funk, and house dance forms to create choreography that is set to popular K-Pop music.

  • Latin will explore patterns from the styles of bachata, salsa, and Latin fusion choreography. This class will primarily focus on shines (solo footwork), however, partnerwork will also be introduced (bringing a partner is not required).

  • Lyrical/Contemporary combines the technical foundations of ballet and jazz to express emotion. Students explore improvisation and musical interpretation. Choreographies are inspired by lyrics from the songs to inspire artistic storytelling through movement.

  • Pilates Stretch will help strengthen your overall body with an emphasis on core strength. This class will concentrate on posture, balance and flexibility. Class is designed for beginners or those wanting a more challenging workout.

  • SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet and hip-hop, this workout includes the perfect balance of high-cardio and toning.

  • Step Aerobics is an exercise class that targets your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. The movements on and off the step platform also improve your balance, coordination, and agility.

  • Tap is an audible art form which incites the creation of music and melody from the feet. Students will learn how to implement a ‘musical ear’ for analysis of timing and proper tap technique, as well as practice using their bodies as an instrument of percussion.

  • U-Jam Fitness is an engaging workout that incorporates urban dance moves, such as hip-hop, Bollywood, and urban styles, into a full-body cardio workout while also improving coordination, balance, and flexibility.

  • Zumba® is a high energy calorie-burning workout that feels like a dance party. Simple pop song choreographies are introduced weekly and repeated over time allowing dancers of all backgrounds to enjoy the FUN!

FAQs

How do I book a class?

Download the Dance Academy USA App, click Buy to purchase your $5 first class, a drop-in, or a membership. Once purchased, you’ll be able to book any class on the schedule.

What if I can no longer attend a class I booked?

No problem! You may cancel up to 2 hours before class. Cancellations within 2 hours will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. If something unexpected comes up, just email danceandfitness@danceacademyusa.com and we’re happy to help.

Do I have to attend the same class each week?

No! You can attend any combination of classes you’d like, just stay within the number your membership allows or upgrade to the next tier.

What happens if I don’t use all my classes in a month?

Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are not eligible for credit. Be sure to take full advantage of your membership each month!

Why can't I book classes more than a month in advance?

You can only book classes within your current billing cycle. Once your monthly payment processes, you’ll gain access to book classes for the next cycle.

When will I be charged?

IMemberships are billed monthly based on your sign-up date. For example, if you signed up on the 5th, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each month.

Do you offer trial classes?

We do not offer trial classes at this time, but your first class is only $5—a great way to try things out with no commitment.

How do I know what level is right for me?

  • Beginner: Great for those new to dance or returning after time away

  • Beginner/Intermediate: Ideal for dancers with a couple of years of experience

  • Intermediate/Advanced: Designed for dancers with extensive experience in that style

If you’re unsure, our team is happy to guide you—just ask!

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. Dance shoes are encouraged but not required for your first class. Please avoid jeans and bring water—we have filling stations available.
