Dance Academy USA Dress Code
Dress Code Notes
For your dancer's safety, dance shoes must fit properly. Shoes that are too large can increase the risk of injury, and ballet and jazz shoes will naturally stretch over time. Dance shoes should fit snugly, similar to a sock, and the teacher's decision on proper fit is final. Dancers must wear the correct dress code for class. School clothes, including jeans, are not permitted, and hair must be pulled back and out of the face. Please have dancers change into their dance shoes after arriving at the studio and remove them before leaving to help protect our dance floors. Dancers who arrive with incorrect attire, footwear, or hair may not be permitted to participate in class at the teacher's discretion.
These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and best experience for your dancer.
