How do I stay up to date on DAU news?
It’s very important that you provide us with an email in your DAU account that you check frequently. Email is our #1 tool for keeping you fully informed. Weekly newsletters are sent out to keep you informed on studio announcements and events as well as any action items you may need to attend to for enrollment and/or recital.

How do I register for a class at DAU?
Registering with DAU may be done in a few quick, easy steps. You must set up a family account with us providing important contact information. You may create your online account by clicking here or through our DAU Office. The Customer Service Team would be happy to get you signed up via phone, email, or in person.

What do I do if I need to drop a class?
Families are responsible for completing the DAU Class Withdrawal Form via the link below in order to officially withdraw from any class. Submitting this form is the only way to drop a class at Dance Academy USA. Verbal requests, emails, or not attending class will not be considered an official drop. Please note that the class may remain on your account until the last day of the calendar month. Completing the form ensures our team can update your dancer’s schedule accurately and prevent any future billing for the class.
If you are dropping a class for August 2026, your enrollment will remain active through August 31, 2026, and you will not be charged for September tuition. You are welcome to continue attending your class throughout the month of August.

The DAU calendar includes several week-long breaks throughout the dance year. Is tuition adjusted to account for these breaks?
Our tuition is structured to cover the total number of classes offered throughout the dance year, which runs from mid-August to mid-June. This total is divided into equal monthly payments, ensuring tuition remains consistent each month.
Check our Calendar to ensure you know every break.
-
How do I know which class to sign up for?
Our schedule is big, which allows DAU to offer both age and level specific classes. When looking for a class you will want to check the age group located in the parentheses [i.e. (4-6)]. In our Creative Movement class, dancers must be registered age (3) by August 1st, 2026. For our Intro to Dance and Pre- classes, dancers must meet class age requirement as of December 1st, 2026. For older dancers, it will be important to know which style of dance they will be interested in. Still not sure which class is the best fit for your dancer? Contact us, and we will gladly help you!
