Originally from San Diego, CA, Stephanie grew up at Danceology Performing Arts Campus under the direction of Nicole Lucia. She was trained intensively in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Tap, Musical Theater, Hip Hop and Contemporary. She has participated in many conventions from 2001 to 2012 included NYCDA, LADF, PULSE, ACDFA and HHI (Hip Hop International). She was a part of Unity Dance Ensemble in San Diego and Los Angeles,CA under the direction of Tessandra Chavez, who choreographed for So You Think You Can Dance and Abby Lee’s Ultimate Dance Competition. She has attended a Hip Hop style, Locking Camp taught by “Original Generation” lockers in 2012 and 2013. Her college dance education has a range from Cornish College of the Arts, Orange Coast College and a BFA in modern dance from Utah Valley University. Taking that education she has taught in studios and schools in Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary and Modern techniques from 2007 to present day. Stephanie was a part of two local dance companies’ in Salt Lake City, Utah, UDO (Utah – Urban Dance Organization) and United We Dance (Underground crew). She has choreographed and taught for her high school dance team to middle schools and choreographed pieces in college’s for student dance concerts and outside benefit concerts. She has experienced many different areas of the west coast dance world and has learned a great deal about performing, choreographing and teaching. And now, she has started her own contemporary-modern dance company in 2014, Dore Dance Company, based in San Francisco, CA.
Rachel, originally from Oregon, started dancing at the young age of four. She trained primarily in jazz, ballet, lyrical and hip-hop while competing on her studios competition team. She then moved on to pursue her professional dance career in Los Angeles where she had the opportunity to perform in national commercials and train under well known instructors and choreographers.
After spending a year in Los Angeles Rachel accepted her first of two contracts with Tokyo Disney where she performed as a dancer and aerialist while portraying the Disney Princess Ariel. Following her time with Disney, Rachel had the opportunity to work with both Royal Caribbean Productions and Princess Cruises while performing in high caliber production shows on board cruise ships sailing around the world. Her other professional experiences include performing in the grand opening show for a major hotel and casino in Macau as well as being a part of the Portland Winterhawk’s Rosebud Dance Team and Golden State Warriors Dance Team. Rachel is a highly experienced instructor and loves to share her passion for dance and performance with others.
