Winter Superfood Smoothies: Fennel and Fruit Smoothie
We don’t blame you if you’re a bit confused about this smoothie at first. You’re probably thinking “Fennel… in a smoothie?” But fear not; the way this smoothie tastes will change your mind.
Ingredients
⅓ cup fennel
1 small avocado
1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen and diced)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
2 cups milk (or non-dairy substitute)
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender (add liquids first)
Blend until smooth
